Puppets All Part of Promoting the Techs Arty Image 3These three Havering schoolgirls couldn’t resist trying out the glove puppets.

The girls (from left to right) Sally Howell, Margaret Boxall and Carolyn Dellbridge, who attend Heath Park School, saw them when they visited an arts and crafts exhibition at Havering Technical College on Monday.

The puppets were made by the nursery nurses. Other students who took part were those doing City and Guilds Hairdressing, Retail Display and Pre-Nursing.

The exhibition provides an example of how art can be related to a vocational course.
