 London Pride March 2015

A group of 20 young people and staff marched in the London Pride parade on the 27th June 2015. This group included Havering College LGBTA students and Paris Youth Newham LGBT young people, as both of these groups have worked on various projects and events together, forming a tight partnership between the two.

The students took pride in taking turns carrying the College banner and 'stickered' thousands of spectators with Havering College stickers. Everyone had an amazing day and the students were perfect ambassadors for the College, promoting it's respect for equality and diversity and for being a welcoming place to study.
