DANCE and Musical Theatre students at Havering College wowed the crowds at their end of year show.

The students headed to the Queen's Theatre in Hornchurch, Greater London, to showcase their skills developed over a year of exceptional hard work.

The show featured a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, urban and musical theatre pieces.

It was hugely appreciated by a packed audience of family, friends, the retiring Mayor of Havering Cllr Eric Munday, college governors and college principal Maria Thompson.

Havering College curriculum manager for Performing Arts Elaine O'Connor said: "I am very proud of all the students, some of whom will be progressing on to university or our HNC and HND Dance courses at the college. Some of our learners come to us with very little experience and their skills develop tremendously throughout their course."
