What's Involved

This is a 12 week course for adults with continuous start dates throughout the year. With guidance and support you'll work online towards achieving a recognised Level 2 qualification, and receive your certificate on completion. Please apply or contact us for further information.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Age 19+
  • Lived in the EU for 3 years.

Course Assessment Method

You will learn:

  • Reducing the risk of prejudice and discrimination;
  • How to create awareness of the support services and groups which exist to ensure that equality and diversity are maintained;
  • Evidencing the competency of staff in this subject area to external stakeholders;
  • How to reinforce the negative effects of stereotyping in the workplace;
  • How to improve a workforces understanding of the current legislation and the key principles surrounding equality and diversity.

As part of your registration process for online learning you will have to attend a short induction to provide evidence of your eligibility. You will not have to attend an interview.
