What's Involved

This course is for you if you would like to have a career in office administration.

You will study 5 units covering working in administration, written business communication, communicating with customers, organising business travel and accommodation and organising meetings. You will also study text processing and word processing.

Entry Requirements

You will require to have completed Level 1 Business Administration or have 4 GCSEs grade 3 (D) or above including Maths and English.

Where will it take me?

Once you have completed this course, you can progress on to the Level 3 Diploma in Administration or into employment in an office as a junior administrator.

Successful completion of this course can lead to employment as a junior administrator and other office based roles.

Course Assessment Method

The core business administration units are assessed through externally set coursework. The text processing and word processing units are assessed through examinations.
