We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit/credit card, direct debit and bank transfer. Please note that the maximum cash payment accepted is £500. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by American Express.
Payment by Instalments
If your total course fees are £300 or more, you may be eligible to spread the cost by instalments. Should you meet the criteria, your first instalment is payable at enrolment. The number of instalments will depend on the month in which you enrol, but the final instalment will be due in February for September start courses.
If you are granted an instalment plan, attendance on the course is dependent on your instalments being paid as agreed. A £15 administration fee may be added to your account for late payment. Failure to meet the payment dates can also result in your access to the College and its facilities being denied.
Payment by Student Loan/Advanced Learning Loan
Some courses attract a loan from the Student Loans Company. If you would like to use a student loan to pay part or all of your course fees, you will need to bring your Student Finance approval letter or payment advice to your enrolment.
Payment by an Employer
If you would like your employer to receive an invoice for your course fees, please bring a letter from your employer to your enrolment session. The letter should state your name, the course you are enrolling on to and how much of the fee they intend to pay.
Withdrawing from your course
Please be aware that should you withdraw from the course, the fees are payable in full and any outstanding fees will need to be settled.
