As a publicly funded institution, we are required by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) to make information available to the public as part of our normal business activities.

Data that is available to the public is grouped into eight classes and this website directly relates to these classes.

Personal data relating to either staff or students is not covered under the FOI Act. It is dealt with separately under the Data Protection Act.
