You will build on the work of the A(S) and follow a similar pattern of research, media experimentation and ideas development. It is anticipated that the level of research will be more sophisticated with richer more obscure sources being used to inform your work. Annotation and commentary should be evidenced in sketchbooks or workbooks to show how your ideas are developing through informed research and experiment. It is also anticipated that technical fluency should be evident regardless of the media being used. You may well find that your use of the studio will show the same understanding of visual language as in traditional darkroom printing, and the gratuitous use of digital tricks will be avoided unless justified by the development of ideas.
