Havering College has 3 main campuses – Ardleigh Green Campus, Rainham Construction Centre, Quarles and a further 5 learning centres located in prominent areas around the county of Essex, just 30 minutes from the centre of London, one of the most vibrant, multicultural and historic cities in the world.
By Air:
There are 3 major airports close to Havering College - Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted. By Public Transport:
Heathrow to Ardleigh Green:
National Express Coach - From Heathrow Airport to London (Victoria Coach Station) max. journey time 1h 30m. From Victoria Station, take the district line towards Upminster, get off at Hornchurch and take the 256 bus to the College.
National Rail - Take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow Central towards Paddington National Rail station. From there walk to Paddington underground station, take the Circle line towards Liverpool Street Station. At Liverpool Street take the National Express East Anglia service towards Shenfield rail station and get off at Gidea Park. Then take the 294 bus towards Noak Hill and get off in Ardleigh Green Road outside the Ardleigh & Dragon pub/restaurant.
Gatwick to Ardleigh Green:
From Gatwick Airport rail station take the First Capital Connect service towards Bedford rail station. At Farringdon, change trains and take the Circle Line towards Liverpool Street. At Liverpool Street, take the National Express East Anglia service towards Southend Victoria rail station; get off at Romford, then take the 294 bus towards Noak Hill. Get off in Ardleigh Green Road opposite the Ardleigh & Dragon pub/restaurant.
National Express Coach - Depart Gatwick (North or South Terminal), arrive at London Victoria coach station, go to Victoria underground station and take the District Line towards Upminster. Get off at Hornchurch and take the 256 bus towards Noak Hill. Get off in Ardleigh Green Road, opposite the College.
Stansted to Ardleigh Green:
At Stansted Airport rail station take the A51 Express Bus towards Moorgate/Finsbury Square. Get off at Bromley By Bow station, walk to Bromley By Bow underground station and take the District Line towards Upminster. Get off at Hornchurch and then take the 256 bus towards Noak Hill and get off in Ardleigh Green Road opposite the College.
From Stansted Airport take the train to Liverpool Street. Take the National Express East Anglia service from Liverpool Street towards Shenfield and get off at Gidea Park. Outside the station take the 294 bus to Ardleigh Green Road and get off opposite the Ardleigh & Dragon pub/restaurant.
