       Sun Yue 19 year-old Sun Yue came to Havering College from China to study A/S and A Levels. She said, “My lecturer in China told me about Havering College. I have enjoyed studying here. I studied Accounts, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Chinese and found the tutors to be very supportive. I did miss my family when I came here at first, but everyone at the college was very helpful and kind.”


       Laxmi Rajput 32 year old, Laxmi Rajput, an international student from Gujarat in India, came to Havering College to study a BA Hons degree in Fashion. She said “Havering College was recommended to me and the college has a fantastic fashion department. The teachers are good and students get so much attention. I have enjoyed my degree course. I also had the opportunity to showcase my work at a ceremony in the City of London”.


 Stas and Audrey   Stas and Andrey came to the UK from Russia and spoke highly of their host family. “We cannot thank Havering enough for the hospitality which was arranged. Our host family were very supportive and kind and involved us with their hobbies and activities. We enjoyed the environment at Havering and were impressed with the facilities while here for Automotive Engineering.”
