International students coming to Havering College find the experience of staying in host family accommodation a very rewarding one, providing a safe and secure environment, plus the perfect opportunity to practise their conversational English.
- Half Board: £125 per week (bed, breakfast and evening meals included on a weekday. At weekends a lunchtime snack will also be included)
- Room Only: £95 per week (bedroom, shared bathroom and access to a kitchen)
Many students who are away from home for long periods of time find that staying in a host family environment combats the feeling of homesickness and provides a great opportunity to sample British culture.
The International Accommodation Officer will be able to assist you in finding suitable host family accommodation whether on a half board or room only basis.
