My name is Tony Pecoraro, Food Service Lecturer/Restaurant Manager of The Jubilee Restaurant; I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Catering & Hospitality Courses.
I have been working in the catering industry since I left my Catering College in Italy. I have had the opportunity to work in Italy, Germany and Great Britain in top class establishments including The Churchill, The Lanesborough, The Savoy, The Ritz, Downhall, The May Fair, and the Hotel La Vela gaining a wealth of experience which I am able to pass on to you.
I have been teaching at Havering College for the past 23 years and running The Jubilee Restaurant to a very high standard with the help and support of the catering team and tomorrow’s catering professionals, being you.
