	District Line to Hornchurch, then 256 bus.
	294 from Romford via Gidea Park Station. to the Ardleigh &  Dragon pub. College is approx. 4 minutes walk.  256 from Hornchurch Station. Bus stops outside the college.
	Main line rail to Gidea Park Station. then 15 minute walk along  Squirrels Heath Rd, right into Ardleigh Green Rd.

	Quarles is not accessible via the Underground network.
	294 from Romford via Harold Wood Station. to Duckwood Pub in Whitchurch Rd. 3 minutes walk to Tring Gardens. 174 from Romford alight in Dagnam Park Drive. and walk up Whitchurch Rd,  then Tring Gardens. 256 from Hornchurch or Harold Wood to swimming pool, then change to 294.
	Main line rail to Harold Wood Station. then 294 bus.

	165 or 103 from Romford to Dovers Corner, then a short walk.  174 from Romford alight Chequers Corner, Dagenham, then change for a 287 to Dovers Corner, then a short walk. 287 from Barking Station to Dovers Corner, then a short walk.
	Main line c2c to Rainham Station, then a short walk.
