Specialist Network Providers

To date, as well as Havering College, a number of providers have joined the network and more are in the process of joining.

The specialist network providers are:

Transtec
Transtec Training was established in 1998 to deliver training and certification in the Road Transport sector.
Transtec offer an extensive range of road transport and related qualifications including Skills for Life provision where required.

Orpington College
Orpington College (Futures) offer a full range of NVQ’s in the Road Passenger Transport Industry including related qualifications and Skills for Life provision where required.
Awards gained include Customer First award for 5 year ESF Funded work with First Bus.

Hargreaves Training Services Ltd
Hargreaves Training Services Ltd has a long and successful history of training delivery within the sectors and offer training from a number of UK centres.
Hargreaves Training Services hold centre accreditations with the following awarding bodies:
City & Guilds - OCR- EDEXEL- RTITB - CITB - DSA – BCS - JAUPT- IMI/AUTOMOTIVE SKILLS. Award gained include: IIP, Customer First & Matrix accreditation.

Van Hee Logistics for Life
Van Hee offer a comprehensive range of training programmes designed for operatives in logistics, lorry drivers, fork lift drivers and warehousing employees.
Van Hee are an accredited centre for the following awarding bodies:
OCR, JAUPT, City & Guilds and Edexcel.

PDM Training
PDM Training and Consultancy Ltd offer a full range of programme delivery within the sectors.
PDM Training is an accredited centre for City & Guilds and Edexcel and also holds accreditation with:

• ISO 9001:2000 (certificated since 2001 on all sites).
• IiP (accredited since 2003).
• Matrix (accredited since June 2007).

ABA Training
ABA Training offer a full range of NVQ and BTEC programmes in the Road Passenger Transport sector.
Awards include: 2007 Essex Business Awards for Best Training Programme for taxi driver ‘Driving to Success’ programme,
Winners of the National Training Awards 2008 for the ‘Driving to Success’ programme.
