We recommend you apply as early as possible.
STEP ONE: Choose your Course. Think about what qualification you are likely to need for your chosen career, and then study the information about the courses using the course search on the right or request your copy of our School Leaver’s Course Guide by clicking the Order a Prospectus button.
Come to one of our Open Days, take a tour around the College, meet tutors and students and find out about life at Havering College. Discuss the options open to you with your Careers Advisor, your teachers and parents. Threshold Services are also happy to advise you and offer a daytime and evening drop-in service.
STEP TWO: Complete an application form. Print out and fill in an Application Form and either send it or take it in to Threshold Services. You will then receive a reply giving you your very own Advisor to help you through the admissions stage through until you settle into College life!
STEP THREE: Attend an Interview. You will then be invited to an interview. It is very important that you have an interest in the subject you have chosen to study and are able to demonstrate a commitment to the course you have chosen.
STEP FOUR: Enrolment. You will then be either offered a place on your chosen course and be invited in to enrol, or will be contacted to discuss other options available to you. Enrolment takes place from May onwards.
